My name is Angie Stanislowski, and I have loved the piano ever since I was six years old. My mom jokes that she used to have to ask me to stop playing the piano so there could be a few minutes of silence in the house! I started teaching piano at the age of 16. I continued teaching through some of my college years and even had my own piano students play for the prelude in my wedding ceremony. I have now been teaching in my home in Andover for the past 22 years. I teach students as young as 7, and there is no age that is too old to start lessons. I've had numerous students start taking lessons in middle school and even high school. I have also taught adult students.

I graduated from Bethel University in 1996 with a B.S. in Media Communications and a minor in Music. I am a member of the Minnesota Music Teacher's Association (MMTA) and the National Federation of Music Clubs (NFMC). I offer numerous performance opportunities every year, and students are always invited - but never required - to perform in as many events as they want.

I look forward to the opportunity to make music with any student of any age who wants to learn! I consider it a great privilege to play a part in my students' musical development, and I am always blessed by what I learn from each student as they apply themselves to their music.
